Memo about our online meeting today the 3rd May 2024.

Tasks to be done:

1. Teacher´s Bulletin - new post about eSafety and Netiquette from Team Finland. We will

inform mutually through Whatts App or email that new posts are supposed to be done, so

that we always do them together about the same time.

2. Forum - Students shall add their answers to the discussions, which are now made -

Healthy Lifestyle, Wellbeing. There will be new discussion added sometimes next week

about healthy lifestyle and wellbeing plans of students during summer holiday. They shall be

answered by the time students leave school. Team Finland finishes school on the 31st of

May.

3. We shall agree on the date of our online lesson, concerning eSafety and Netiquette and

Kahoot game. Team Finland shall discuss Tuesday 2,30 their time, or send timetable when it

is possible for them to meet online.

4. Minna and Krista (Finland) shall find their access to eTwinning, make friends with Leena or

Jana, so that we can add them to our project.

5. Students shall complete their eTwinning profiles - even using some sentences from

introduction profiles and using avatars, if they do not wish to use their actual photos.

6. Team Finland have better access to Office 365 - also students, so it would be more

reasonable for them to use this for shared documents than Google Forms and Google Disk as

they do not have access.

7. We have to establish Facebook account for our project - both Teams will have access and

post new information about our project work continuously.

8. We are supposed to make a dissemination also in local news about establishment or a

new international eTwinning Project.

9. Next online teacher´s meeting - we shall complete all the materials about eSafety,

Netiquette and Introduction activities - INCLUDING PHOTOS, how students were working

and we will learn together how to post it to eTwinning pages . Some posts might be done in

between - we will write everything through WhattsApp or email. This online teacher meeting

shall be done by the end of May.
