This project aims to foster a global understanding of healthy eating, food waste reduction and the concept of a "nice meal", in the sense of no waste and food recycling . By exploring traditional recipes, sharing local food waste statistics and developing upcycling recipes, students will gain a deeper appreciation for food and its impact on the planet.
