This project brings together students from different countries to explore traditional soups through STEM-based activities and international collaboration. Students analyze recipes by converting measurements, scaling quantities, and examining cooking time, texture, and density. Through digital storytelling, cooking and cross-cooking activities, and a live international tasting event, students develop cultural awareness, communication skills, and digital competence. The project concludes with a collaborative digital product, the Global Soup e-Menu, featuring recipes, videos, cultural notes, and cross-cooking reflections from all partner countries.
