This project invites 13–17-year-old students to explore the rich diversity of sports and games across Europe. In international teams, students will collaborate to create original board games inspired about English speaking countries and English language Pupils will as well research traditional and lesser-known sports in their countries—(in my school one PE teacher is specialized in Gaelic Football so Ss will make a video to explain this sport)—share their findings with partners, and take part in fun, interactive challenges. They will also be encouraged to invent a new sport, combining elements from those discovered throughout the project. This creative work will develop teamwork, communication skills, and intercultural awareness. Engaging, dynamic, and student-centered, this project is ideal for schools seeking to combine language learning, creativity, and European citizenship through the universal themes of play and sport.
