Pupils learning English as a foreign language usually have difficulty in improving four basic language skills actively especially if they live in an area where they do not have opportunity to use English as a key to communication. Within the aim of this project objectives, we are planning to give our pupils opportunities to apply four basic language and ICT skills through predetermined project tasks such as writing letters to their penpals, creating their speaking avatars using suggested tools, websites and applications such as Bitmoji, chatterpix, pixton, preparing booklets,videos or presentations to introduce their school and city, discussing on a topic, designing handmade or online celebration cards, talking about Well-being at school, etc. So that they can realize their potential and develop their skills not only through the tasks they managed but also via the interaction with their peers. The project will also allow them to get to know other cultures, traditions and customs and increase cultural awareness.
