“What’s past is prologue”, a line with which Shakespeare could not have better described how the global problems of food shortage and malnutrition, and in fact problems in general, are to be solved. After all, through the past, you can learn from mistakes other have made before you. In this project we will take a look at the history of food and try to predict how future food will look like.
