Food-based social entrepreneurship

Through "Social Economy" students will come into contact with the professional arena and social entrepreneurship, which is governed by the principles of school cooperation, such as cooperation, social responsibility and democratic conscience. Through their participation, students will gain a real experiential experience of the business world: they will acquire professional skills through the simulation of professional roles and will undertake innovative public benefit business initiatives, in order to realize their potential to contribute to the financial development and the pursuit of positive social change.
