Multicultural Eco-Friendly Kitchen Tips
We have created a tree about friendship and sustainability with our dear partner schools. Each branch is a different culture but all branches meet in one kitchen. Students from 8 countries planted friendship and harvested sustainability. This is not just a tree. ıt's our kitchen without walls. Co-created by students from 8 countries.
The partner schools are listed below:

Working together on this project was a pleasure for all of us. It helped us learn about nature, sustainability, and eco-friendly cooking practices. We explored different cultures, shared ideas, and discovered simple ways to protect our environment. This experience was both fun and educational, and it inspired us to make more sustainable choices in our everyday lives.

Dissemination of Our Sustainability Activity at Çukurova Toroslar Anatolian High School
As part of our eTwinning project, Flavors Beyond Borders,we proudly displayed this Sustainability Tree on our school board together with our partner schools from Spain, Poland, Romania, France, Palestine, Croatia, Georgia, and Türkiye.
Each branch features a kitchen sustainability tip from a different country, showing that while our cultures may be diverse, our message is shared: Together we cook, together we care, together we protect our planet.
Our goal is to raise awareness about sustainability and encourage practical, eco-friendly habits in the kitchen through international collaboration and cultural exchange.
As a participating nation from Palestine in this multicultural project,
we are proud to contribute to the “Multicultural Eco-Friendly Kitchen” initiative.
Our culinary heritage is deeply connected to the land, emphasizing seasonal, locally sourced, and sustainable ingredients. By sharing these traditional cooking practices, we aim to highlight how Palestinian cuisine inherently embodies eco-friendly values—minimizing waste, honoring natural resources, and fostering a deep respect for the environment. These images showcase our commitment to sustainable living through the lens of our rich food culture, bridging borders through the universal language of food and eco-conscious habits.
