EVALUATION
What's your favourite part of the project and why?
27 pupils mention the virtual museum because they like drawing, the drawings look nice and the museum too and also because they learnt about new creatures they did not know about.
Then 9 pupils write about the opportunity to communicate with different people, writing letters and making Christmas cards. Finally, we get 2 or 3 answers for the individual videos that are funny, the time capsule because this part was interesting and a moment when they learnt a lot of English and the logo. The Kahoot quiz and World Animal Day album get one answer each.
What could be better in the project and why?
Several students find most things went well.
Communication and organisation appear as things that could be better.
This can probably partly be explained by the difficulties encountered with the new twinspace which created long delays between messages, the need to use other tools in between, which was confusing, and the fact that holidays (especially this year) were sometimes one after the other in each country so collaboration was made more difficult.
Also groupwork organisation within the class was sometimes not that easy (in France), and a few pupils wish partners to be more involved.
Finally, 3 pupils mention they would have liked more English, or « useful » English.
