The economic crisis that has hit the country in recent years and the catalytic, as well as regulatory, impact of the covid19 pandemic, which changed forever the the living conditions of populations worldwide, are the main parameters defining the needs created in education. In this context, the school staff identified the desired changes it expects to bring about, in the short term concerning teaching principles provided to students, and in the long term concerning the creation of a broader horizon of thinking for students. Training the the educational staff in new technologies, in innovative supervisory tools and in modern inclusive educational environments and tools are among the objectives of the project. Through participation in this European project, benefits are expected to accrue for the participating teachers, for the rest of teachers of the school, who will be trained by participants in training courses who will act as multipliers. In addition to the pedagogical skills they already possess, teachers are expected to update their teaching methods and acquire new pedagogical skills, which will provide them with the necessary skills to implement the educational process in such a way as to benefit pupils, including those with special educational needs, by helping them to develop 21st century skills, which are crucial for a successful future career. At the same time, under the European Commission's key priority of Recognition and Validation of Skills and Qualifications, participating teachers will acquire the Europass Mobility document, which will meet the universally acknowledged need to strengthen the recognition and validation of qualifications and competences.
