We held multiple online meetings over the course of the project's first two years to make sure we could properly manage the plan and make any modifications required because of the Covid-19 restrictions. We were able to execute four physical mobilizations in the project's final months (in 2022 and 2023), with most of the planning and product development taking place in person.

Despite the difficulties the epidemic presented, our team stayed dedicated to upholding a high standard of professionalism and cooperation throughout the project. We were effective in navigating the shifting landscape and achieving our goals by using technology and changing our strategy as needed.
