Another exciting mobility took place at Agrupamento de Escolas Camilo Castelo Branco (AECCB) in Famalicão, Portugal, where our colleagues engaged in job shadowing experiences at Seide Kindergarten and Lagoa Kindergarten.

During this visit, they explored the impact of outdoor learning in early childhood education, with a particular focus on how hands-on activities like gardening can foster environmental awareness and responsibility among young learners. They also identified practical ways to integrate sustainability and eco-friendly practices into everyday teaching.

Before their mobility, Ms Maria Cutajar, Ms Miriam Agius and Ms Katya Ciappara met with the SLT to prepare for this Kindergarten Job Shadowing in Portugal.
