This project aims to support the social and emotional development of students in addition to their academic success. School questionnaires showed that students were inadequate in coping with stress, anger control, and participation in social activities, while teachers needed support in applying social-emotional learning (SEL) methods. Therefore, the project aims to equip teachers with innovative teaching methods to observe good practises in Europe, and to strengthen students' emotional intelligence, empathy and cooperation skills. As a result of the project, it is expected that the quality of teaching and learning will increase, discipline problems will decrease and the social climate of the school will be strengthened.
