Romanian Language (Digital Creation & Inclusive Communication)

Students create digital essays, blogs, podcasts or video reflections about sustainable living and respect for nature.
They use collaborative writing tools (Google Docs, Padlet) to analyze literary texts about people’s connection to food, land, and traditions.
E-inclusion is supported through text-to-speech, speech-to-text, adjustable fonts, and multilingual glossaries.

English Language (Global Communication & Media Literacy)

Students explore global food cultures and environmental issues through online articles, videos, and virtual exchanges.
They design digital posters, infographics, and presentations about sustainable eating habits and participate in recorded debates or digital storytelling activities.
Accessible materials ensure all learners can participate—subtitled videos, simplified texts, visual organizers.

French Language (Digital Interaction & Multicultural Awareness)

Students build vocabulary related to food, environment, and music by using interactive platforms (Quizlet, LearningApps).
They create short video presentations or voice recordings about sustainable gastronomy and traditions in French-speaking countries.
Inclusive learning tools such as audio dictionaries, visuals, and bilingual prompts support diverse learners.

Mathematics (Data Literacy & Problem Solving)

Students use spreadsheets and digital graphing tools (Excel, GeoGebra) to calculate food waste, visualize consumption patterns, and compare carbon footprint data.
Digital simulations and interactive tasks help them develop critical thinking and computational reasoning.
E-inclusion is promoted through step-by-step tutorials, screen readers, and accessible templates.

History (Digital Research & Cultural Understanding)

Students investigate how food and music evolved over time using online archives, virtual museums, and digital timelines.
They explore traditional recipes, ancient trade routes, and cultural exchanges through interactive maps and multimedia resources.
Students with diverse needs benefit from captioned videos, audio summaries, and simplified timelines.

Geography (Digital Mapping & Global Awareness)

Using GIS tools, virtual globes, and interactive maps, students learn where foods come from and how climate influences eating habits.
They compare transportation routes and environmental impact through digital simulations.
Accessible learning is ensured through visual icons, color-blind-friendly maps, and adjustable visual layers.

Music (Digital Sound Creation & Cultural Inclusion)

Through the “Beats” theme, students discover rhythms from different cultures using online music libraries, digital instruments, and sound-mixing apps.
They compose short musical pieces inspired by nature or sustainability using music-creation software (BandLab, Soundtrap).
Inclusion practices include subtitles on listening materials, visual rhythm guides, and tactile/interactive tools.

Arts (Digital Design & Creative Expression for All)

Students design eco-themed digital posters, illustrations, and animations promoting sustainable food and cultural diversity.
They use graphic design platforms (Canva, Pixlr) to express their ideas creatively and inclusively.
All students can participate through templates, drag-and-drop tools, color-contrast options, and alternative modes of expression.
