CHEESE N CHEESE

With this project, cheese varieties such as Roquefort, Çheddar, Mihaliç, Gravyer, Gouda, which have an important place in the world cuisine, will be introduced, as well as 21st century skills and mainly English language skills will be gained in a permanent and fun way. Students will gain empathy and critical thinking skills, express and learn about cheeses from different cultures.
