This project has been created to let students and academic staff from different schools involved in Erasmus+ mobility programme collaborate to acquire new skills or refine theirs. We believe that the development of Stem skills, communication in a foreign language, digital and entrepreneurial skills in the EU context are the key to allow European citizens to act consciously in a complex social environment characterized by increasingly multi-ethnic, digitalised and interconnected organizational models. Besides, we embrace the challanges of environmental sustainability and EU values which can be met and supported with critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity. It is believed that the acquisition of such skills can progressively transform students' critical issues into strengths and, thanks to their intrinsic transferability to different tasks, can improve performance in learning across all subjects. They will create the right conditions to work well in groups, act in problematic situations and manage interpersonal dynamics from a constructive perspective for the well-being of a sustainable and inclusive European community.
