Our interdisciplinary project, unites students from Cuxhaven, Germany, and Taormina, Sicily, Italy, toexplore the UNESCO World Nature Heritage Sites Etna and Wadden Sea. We’ll investigate the har-mony between preservation and usage, combining English and Biology with other subjects. Our fo-cus includes understanding the significance of these sites, examining their ecosystems, and discus-sing human impacts like tourism and local regulations. We’ll address conflicts and engage ininternational challenges as well as learn about scientific research. Erasmus+ accreditation enables physical exchanges, while eTwinning will facilitate communication. We aim to submit our findings to environmentalcompetitions, promoting global awareness and responsibility.
