ROMANIA MOBILITY
The primary aim of the Erasmus+ AIME mobility in Romania, titled "Creative Writing Workshop with human-supervised use of Artificial Intelligence," was to develop the competencies of students and teachers in the independent, responsible, and ethical use of AI tools. By implementing generative AI in human-controlled conditions, the project sought to foster artistic expression while strictly preserving cultural and linguistic diversity. This mission also aimed to create an international community of students and teachers dedicated to upholding European values through the medium of poetry.
The five-day program began on Monday with a guided cultural visit to the Alba Carolina Fortress and an official opening at Union Hall, followed by workshops to help participants get to know one another. Tuesday featured a "dialogue with creators" involving local writers at the University of Alba Iulia and an excursion to the Salina Turda salt mine. Wednesday focused on foundational skills with an introductory writing workshop led by Pop Luiza and expert presentations on creativity and case studies by Natasa Sajko and Roxana Oaida. On Thursday, participants mastered technical skills, including prompt engineering and cybersecurity, while teachers drafted ethical guidelines and students engaged in reflective analysis of their AI-assisted writing process. The week concluded on Friday with the presentation and selection of the best poems, the initiation of a multimedia collection, and the awarding of Europass Mobility certificates to the participants.
