Minutes of the first project Zoom meeting held on 7 March 2026. Attendees: Mürşit Bektaş and Kübra Koç (Turkey), Gina Serban (Romania), Sabiha Hodzhoca and Sayfe Muratova (Bulgaria). Topics discussed: project introduction and connection to the Erasmus+ application, eTwinning project timeline, comic book format and scope, student numbers and grade levels (9th–10th grade), hero selection principles (questioning heroism beyond military success), and March task distribution (e-safety webinars for parents and students, logo design and contest).

Minutes of the second project Zoom meeting held in April 2026. Attendees: Mürşit Bektaş and Kübra Koç (Turkey), Gina Serban (Romania), Sabiha Hodzhoca (Bulgaria). Topics discussed: review of March tasks (e-safety webinars completed, winning logo selected), April task assignments (hero caricature upload, hero introduction presentation in PowerPoint, comic book draft story), TwinSpace content upload reminders, and confirmation that all schools must complete ESEP section 2.1 self-introduction by 1 May.

Minutes of the third project Zoom meeting held in May 2026. Attendees: Mürşit Bektaş and Kübra Koç (Turkey), Gina Serban (Romania), Sabiha Hodzhoca (Bulgaria). Topics discussed: review of April uploads and example sharing by Turkish team, final task checklist for completion by 22 May (ESEP items 1.4, 1.10, 2.1, 2.2, and 4.1–4.6 covering safe internet video, student avatars, hero caricature, logo, hero file, comic draft text, draft drawings and final comic), mixed team joint cover design (11–17 May), Suno collaborative song production (18–24 May, one verse per country), dissemination and printing tasks, and participation in the Yenimahalle eTwinning & Harezmi Project Festival on 21 May 2026.

Minutes of the fourth and final project Zoom meeting held on 4–5 June 2026. Attendees: Mürşit Bektaş and Kübra Koç (Turkey), Gina Serban (Romania), Sabiha Hodzhoca (Bulgaria). Topics discussed: students reading and discussing each other's comics via TwinSpace chat in an online session, finalisation of the Suno collaborative song and joint cover design coordinated via WhatsApp group, transition of student communication to the TwinSpace forum room, quality label application deadline reminder (1 July 2026) and TwinSpace page completion reminder, P4C question template compiled from all three countries uploaded to the Final Collaborative Product page, and overall project evaluation confirming all planned outputs were successfully completed.
