We are a large state upper secondary school in Narva, Estonia, providing education for approximately 1600 learners in different forms of study, including day, evening, and distance learning.

Our learners range in age from 16 to 50+, which creates a unique and diverse learning environment. Students come from different educational and social backgrounds, including both young learners and adult students returning to education.

Many of our learners face challenges related to motivation, language transition, and diverse learning needs, which makes inclusive and student-centred teaching especially important in our work.

Our school is currently undergoing a transition to Estonian as the language of instruction, which creates both challenges and opportunities for innovation in teaching methods.

We are particularly interested in developing effective approaches to working with diverse learners, increasing student motivation, and supporting multilingual classrooms. We value international cooperation and are open to collaboration in projects, job shadowing, and exchange of good practices.
