Le Lycée professionnel hôtelier "Château des Coudraies" est un établissement labellisé, à taille humaine qui accueille environ 520 élèves dont 74 internes. Il propose des formations exclusivement tournées vers les métiers de bouche et d’hôtellerie, en initiale, en apprentissage (BTS) et pour les adultes (GRETA). 
Les résultats aux examens sont bons, voire excellents dans certains domaines, chaque adulte du lycée œuvrant à cette réussite.

Une classe de bac pro Cuisine et Service et Commercialisation est fléchée "Section européenne". Ces 2 classes, ainsi que des boulangers-pâtissiers, effectuent des mobilités

The Vocational High School "Château des Coudraies" is a certified establishment, on a human scale which welcomes around 520 students, including 74 boarders. It offers training exclusively geared towards the catering and hotel trades, initial, apprenticeship (BTS) and for adults (GRETA). Exam results are good, even excellent in some areas, with every adult in the school working towards this success.
Two professional baccalaureate classes in Kitchen and Service on 2 levels are signposted "European Section". These 2 classes, as well as bakers and pastry chefs, carry out mobility in Ireland.
