CEIP El Otero is a public Early Childhood and Primary Education school located in Guardo (Palencia, Spain). Our school is committed to providing inclusive, high-quality education that supports the overall development of our students, addressing their academic, social and emotional needs.

We promote a positive and welcoming learning environment based on respect, equality and cooperation. Our teaching approach is student-centred and based on active methodologies, encouraging creativity, autonomy and collaborative learning. We aim to develop key competences through meaningful and engaging learning experiences.

Our school is actively involved in innovation and digital education, integrating ICT tools into daily practice. We have been recognised for our high level of digital competence, and we continuously work to improve our teaching through new methodologies and projects. We also offer a bilingual programme in English, which helps students develop their communicative skills in an international context.

We value strong collaboration with families and believe that education is a shared responsibility. In addition, we promote awareness of our natural and cultural environment, encouraging students to become responsible and active citizens.
