I am a dedicated educator and educational project coordinator with over 20 years of professional experience in secondary education, currently serving at Yomra Anatolian High School in Trabzon, Türkiye. In addition to my classroom teaching, I play an active role in institutional development, curriculum enrichment, and coordinating regional and international educational projects in collaboration with local educational authorities, including the Trabzon Provincial Directorate of National Education.
My commitment to internationalization and continuous professional development is reflected in my extensive participation in European Union educational programs. In 2013, I completed a Comenius professional training program in Exeter, United Kingdom, which significantly broadened my perspective on global teaching methodologies. Building upon this foundation, in 2016 I coordinated an Erasmus+ KA101 staff mobility project in Prague, Czech Republic. This comprehensive project comprised two distinct mobility flows: the first focused on "Innovative Approaches to Teaching," while the second was dedicated to "Problem-Based Learning (PBL)." Managing the entire project lifecycle—from application and budgeting to implementation and dissemination—deepened my expertise in student-centered instruction, active learning strategies, and aligning national school practices with European standards.
