Job Shadowing: Welcoming Multilingual Children in Preschool

We are two french teachers looking for a partner school in Europe for a job shadowing mobility. We are interested in visiting preschools with experience welcoming multilingual children to observe practices supporting language development and inclusion.
We can also help European colleagues visit preschools in France through our professional network.
