I work as teacher an Azerbaijan language and literature at school № 1 by name I.Gayibov.I have been working as a teacher for 21 years.The age level of my students is 6 -17. From 2006 until now, I have been working as a trainer, expert, and mentor in up to 50 teachers' professional development trainings carried out by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. At the same time, I am the co-author of the reading materials for these trainings. Since 2013, I have worked as an expert in the commission for evaluation of Azerbaijani language and literature textbooks taught in secondary schools of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Currently, I am the language-style editor of textbooks for general education schools. In 2022, I worked as an expert in the "3D Digital Art Games for Junior" category at the "Online Skills Challenge" annual competition by the World Skilla Asia organization. I was chosen Global IT Executive (GEN) on 23.10.2022 by the Global Education Network organization for supporting the active participation of teachers in the webinars I presented on the formation of IT skills and increasing the level of professionalism of education students at the international level, and the webinars with IT content held by the organization. Since 2020, I have been chosen as the winner of the MIE nomination 4 times. I have been awarded National and European Quality Labels for the projects we worked on as a project leader and participant on different topics with teachers from different countries on the eTwinning portal. Considering my activity, I am currently chosen as an eTwinning ambassador. I work as a judge on the jury of many competitions. I am the winner of the Global Teacher Award for 2023.
