We listened to an expert talking about  self -compassion vs self-criticism. Then students made notes to spread the knowledge on our board.  Anna Brzęś XI LO Białystok,Poland.

Çatalzeytin Şehit Engin Açıkgöz ÇPAL teachers Sümeyye BOZKURT KIRTIL and Nadide Özge OZANOĞLU prepared a kindness board and a birthday board together with their students to spread the acts of kindness within the school.

Boards were open to each and every person in the school. 

Every birthday was remembered and celebrated. Sometimes we wrote notes to each other. Thanks to our boards our project turned into a living piece of our school.
